For the past week, I’ve been in quite a lot of pain. I already knew that I had issues with my lower back and left leg due to an accident that I was in when I was younger.
But now, the pain has gotten worse and spread and it’s caused quite a lot of problems with my walking.
So, as you could imagine, I went to the doctors to be told that I have nerve damage, sciatica, and paralysis of my left foot…
The pain is affecting my neck, arms, and legs, but mainly my left leg. So, a lot of pain has ensued.
But, the amusing thing is – is when I went to the doctors I was asked: “Why are you dressed as if you’ve been to work?”
Which I replied with because I’ve been to work?
“But with this pain, you shouldn’t have been in work.”
Better to keep moving than it is to stay in bed…
So, that’s what I’ve done.
The pain is bad, but moving relieves it a little. It’s better to keep moving than not to. Otherwise, the smallest amount of movement would be the most painful.
That’s my tip of the day – keep moving – don’t strain yourself, but keep moving.
