Ingredients Required (1)This is a quick piece that can be used as part of a meal or as a meal. Here are the ingredients (list to the left).

Method:

  1. Peel and dice your potatoes before adding them to a pan of water and boiling until soft. Once soft, drain and mash. While mashing, add the soya butter to give the mash a creamy texture.
  2. Heat up each portion of vegetables in a microwavable bowl, in the microwave, for 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, drain of any water. If any broccoli or cauliflower pieces are large, chopped finely.
  3. Add the mashed potatoes and vegetables to a mixing bowl, mix them. Add the black pepper into the mix and continue mixing. Once thoroughly mixed, take a handful of the mixture and make it into a ball before placing on a baking tray. Repeat this until all the mixture is used.
  4. Flatten the balls on the baking tray, or leave them as balls. Place them in the oven for approximately an hour, on Gas mark 7. Bake until crispy.
